Find answers through art, poetry, and conversation to the questions you have about your dream. No formal art or creative writing training necessary, only an openness to play and discovery. The ArtWomb (part two in a dream divination & creative arts workshop series)
In the ArtWomb your dreams becomes the material for creative expression unique to you. If you write poetry—or yearn to—your dream becomes the source material for a poem or chapbook of poems. Likewise, your dream can be turned into a song, a painting, a short story, clothing item, sculpture—the way you choose to transform your dream is limited only by your imagination and resources. This workshop series is offered online via Zoom.
Naked Into Light (part three in a dream divination & creative arts workshop series)
Birthing your dream project in the world can look like a performance, an exhibition, or anything in-between. In this incubator, you will prepare to share your work with the public in a variety of traditional and unexpected ways and then get the necessary community commitments in place to bring your vision to life. This workshop series is offered in two separate options: in person or online via Zoom.

Joey Garcia began studying dream interpretation in childhood under the tutelage of her grandfather and other relatives. She has trained with healers all over the world, including in her native Belize. A published, award-winning poet and writer, Joey has taught dream workshops to teenagers and adults in a variety of settings including spiritual retreat centers, high schools, and jails. For more than three decades, she has coached performers and other creatives.

Nightmares have incredible power that, once interpreted, can be integrated to strengthen us. You are welcome to work with a nightmare in this course.
I’m embarrassed to share my dream with others. Can I attend?
You must be willing to share your dream in order to gain from the process.
I can’t make one of these dates. Will the course be recorded?
The course will not be recorded but the instructor can work with you and bring you up to speed.
